Your Right to Opt Out

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (collectively, “CCPA/CPRA”), California residents have the right, at any time, to direct a business not to sell or share their personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising.

StyleDesk AI, LLC does not sell your personal information for money. However, we use third-party analytics and performance-monitoring tools — including Google Analytics and PostHog — that may receive certain personal information (such as cookies, IP addresses, and browsing behavior on our website and dashboard) in ways that may constitute “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising under the CCPA/CPRA. You have the right to opt out of this sharing.

We do not share End-User call recordings, text message content, submitted photos, or contact lists with any third party for advertising or analytics purposes.

What Information May Be Shared

The categories of personal information that may be shared with our analytics and technology partners include:

• Identifiers, such as IP address and cookie identifiers;
• Internet or other electronic network activity, such as browsing behavior on the StyleDesk AI website and dashboard, pages visited, features accessed, and session duration;
• Approximate geolocation data derived from IP address.

We do not share sensitive personal information, financial data, call recordings, text message content, submitted photos, or direct identifiers (such as your name or email address) with third-party advertising networks.

How to Submit an Opt-Out Request

You may opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information by any of the following methods:

• Email: Send a request to hello@styledesk.ai with the subject line “Do Not Sell or Share — California Opt-Out.” Please include your name, email address associated with your StyleDesk AI account (if applicable), and a statement that you wish to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information.
• Global Privacy Control (GPC): StyleDesk AI honors the Global Privacy Control browser-based opt-out signal as a valid opt-out request under the CCPA/CPRA. If your browser or browser extension has GPC enabled, we will treat your visit as an opt-out of sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising. No further action is required.

We will process your opt-out request within fifteen (15) business days of receipt. Once your request is processed, we will instruct our analytics providers to cease sharing your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, to the extent technically feasible.

No Discrimination

We will not discriminate against you for exercising your right to opt out. This means we will not deny you access to the Platform, charge you a different price, provide you with a different level of service quality, or take any other retaliatory action based on your opt-out request.

Authorized Agents

California residents may designate an authorized agent to submit an opt-out request on their behalf. Authorized agent requests may be submitted to hello@styledesk.ai. We may require reasonable verification of the agent’s authority before processing the request.

Additional California Privacy Rights

In addition to the right to opt out of sale or sharing, California residents have the following rights under the CCPA/CPRA:

• Right to Know: Request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected, the sources of collection, the purposes of collection, and the categories of third parties with whom information has been shared;
• Right to Delete: Request deletion of personal information we hold about you, subject to certain exceptions;
• Right to Correct: Request correction of inaccurate personal information;
• Right to Limit Sensitive Information: Request that we limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information to only what is necessary to provide the Services;
• Right to Non-Discrimination: Exercise all privacy rights without being discriminated against.
